Do consumers who buy organic claim they buy the foods used in the study for better taste or other reasons? Buying organic is not just about taste and the taste difference will vary with different foods.
Do a study just on eggs rather than water the results down by including foods like courgettes and broccoli etc. which have such a strong flavour it's impossible to tell differences, or watery foods like cucumbers that are too flavourless for any difference to be noticeable.
