Men will tend to be more represented in most contrarian/outlier positions that involve social cost. It also appeals to an obsession w/ logical rules & argumentation/'combat'.
How does that account for the overrepresentation of women in the early Church? Facing potentially-lethal persecution for one’s unconventional faith would certainly count as a social cost, no?
