popularity of tattoos is a precursor to getting microchip implant. such idea must be normalized and cool(as popularized by sports and Hollywood celebrities wearing them) before easing into the next phase of ppl getting chipped.

it wont be easy though. it's a huge leap from getting tattoos to getting microchipped.
