But it is reproducible, it is the original interpretation of the phenomenon that is now in question.

Also, that was *not* the conclusion Libet himself drew from his experiment!
The RP has always been highly reproducible, world-wide, for decades, even the the study you cite, the authors explicitly say they reproduced it.
