This tendency to view men as perpetrators and women as victims is a harmful gender stereotype! But we are unlikely to recognize the harm of this stereotype because the victims of the stereotype are men...and we are less inclined to view men as victims... Hmm...

Should there be training to overcome this implicit bias?

I take the point that male victims of homelessness, incarceration inequality, etc. might deserve more sympathy. But it seems strange to prove this using three experiments all set in the workplace, which is a well-known setting for discrimination against women.
