The German version seems to be the original publication of the study, there is no mention of an English language paper anywhere. (I had the text translated myself for the post.)

Very interesting subject, but from the quotation I couldn't see whether the respondents were given context or not. Were they, for instance, given any information about what this 1975 act was about, or were they only told what was in the abstract?
