I’ve tried quite a few in order to intentionally affect. I mostly agree, although I would say that raw veganism trips my trigger much more than veganism. You have to extraordinary careful with input quality as a vegan. Many inputs are not truly human grade. Makes it complicated

Sorry, to intentionally raise affect. And to intentionally increase health and wellbeing in general. Both are spectacular diets for overall health and wellbeing when you do them right.

Vegans seem to thrive best in countries that look make looking after food quality part of their culture and identity. Germany, France, Italy. Quebec/Montreal. They thrive there. They wither in the US. It’s quite a bit easier to source the right things when paleo.
