What is the tested relationship between your 'abbreviated' test and the full five factor. (if it's in there I didn't see it) Because either I don't undrestand something or you're just generating noise, which is why you're getting lower correspondence than MBTI.

Doesn’t leadership peak at iq 120? And say we definite good leadership as judgement and effectiveness combined. Then it seems like iq fits the same pattern.

What I like about this is evolution from (a) Freudian (clown world), (b) jungian( better and close to literary evidence), (c) big 5 better but therapeutic so seeking IDEAL rather than optimum NETWORK (Division of Labor) traits which results in different distributions of traits.
