Six: people's existing biases are a result of a lifetime of learning. Anti-bias training is attempting to override that in an afternoon. A person would have to possess a non-functioning intellect to allow that to happen to any knowledge set.

Actually, this should be pretty obvious when you think about it. Most such non-task specific training is primarily instituted to protect the company in future litigation. "We told Joe he couldn't do that. See, he went to the training." Behavior improvement is a side benefit.
