If you have a 3D printer & live in the Oxford area (UK) let me know. I am making face-shields for medics testing people for COVID-19. I now have more demand than I can produce. I need help to print more headbands. I can assemble the rest, sterilise them & arrange distribution.

So I did a bad, thoughtless thing. I tweeted Kate’s cake this morning & in my rush of pride to share it, I didn’t tag her😳Now 5K RTs later the tweet doesn’t even mention her name & she’s rightly upset. If you were kind enough to RT her cake, pls RT again & celebrate

Something sweet (no pun intended) if you're looking for something to take your mind off the present circumstances for a little bit. It's certainly made me smile.

Do your little bit... ...and it will make a massive difference to slowing the spread. That in turn buys our hospitals more time to prepare before the big wave of seriously ill patients hits.

Planning, time management, and organisational challenges can impact on day to day functioning. Using tools to remind you of actions to be completed e.g. using diary reminders and alarms can really help but need to be used consistently and become a habit.

Working in a cafe, I just overheard a man coming out as autistic to his friends. 'Ha!' said one. 'Yes, I'm pretty autistic too sometimes.' The man persisted. He explained that, no, he was actually autistic, and then he talked about what that means.

Accounts run by men receive roughly double the retweets of those run by women. Even online, we are talked for and talked over. Even online, men’s voices carry twice as much worth. It matters. When you see women writing about things that interest you, retweet us. It’s that simple.
