The BBC are deliberately blocking people from cancelling their TV licence. The online form says you have to call but the call system says to go online as all agents are busy, then hangs up.

I cancelled mine a while back and it was easy to do online. They are obviously trying to make it harder now. Like people are saying just cancel dd. I did that anyway to make sure I couldn't ever be charged again.
