I guarantee if any non-bot looked at my channel they would know that none of my content is a "duplicate." I understand how fair use works, look at any video on my channel it would be clear. I'm tired of being told to simply reapply. Someone actually needs to look at this...

Yup, took a look, saw uncommented scenes of anime, duplicate seems about right here. Have a nice day!

Maybe just to clarify: slapping together 2 pieces of copyrighted material calling it a new piece of art is NOT fair use, especially when sources are not mentioned, you do it for some animes but eg in "Alexa play despacito 5" there pewdiepie isn't correctly mentioned at all, as

Then by that logic, shouldnt all reaction channels be de-monitized? They all are using copyrighted material tho.

some of them should be indeed. the criteria, why h3h3 has won their "reaction" lawsuit, was mainly they provided extra value to the reaction and got into detail on a satiric level. If you just laugh uncontrollably that does not add value.

But there are some other channels with the same content as rev and are monitized, why is that?

that is indeed a very good question. I am not part of YouTube nor do I review channels for them, I don't know what exactly they are looking for. I am just a Top Contributor trying to clear things up. This case was obvious, other cases might not be as easy to determine

Yea like if they are not monitizing that kinda content then why some channels are monitized?
@YouTube has changed their system in a very very dumb way possible1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
just to be clear: if you see ads running on some of those channels, that doesn't mean the channel gets revenue. Those videos can also be claimed by the copyright holder, who then decides to monetize those videos. You can't tell which one is true from the outside!
