Did you get a side view? Definately looks to be of military origin .

That has a Loyd/Chenilette/CV33 sort of look, doesn't it. Hmmm. Any sign of cutting on the main chassis ends, or does the frame look intact/original size?

Have a look at the bogies on an A10 Cruiser. Not got a solid detail shot/plan to hand of that part, but seems similar. Hard to tell from this 3/4 angle. Pretty sure they were in the area too.pic.twitter.com/18Me7Sa7x0
