5 years.. and you have changed jobs.. interesting. Maybe my expectations are skewed but how long would you expect to work at a company before being promoted? Genuinely interested!

From an entry level, I was expecting to be promoted within maybe two to three years. Well, I did that time, and I was basically told that promotions don’t happen, so I jumped ship for another job, which I admit I haven’t been at long enough to see if they’re the same way.
