    The reports say a lot more than that: they go through EQC liability, Treaty obligations, overseas insurance case studies, the RMA, and a survey of councils, but there's only so much I can fit in a news story ;)

    This story is about shipwrecks and sea level rise, but Hank's (and others') Deep South Challenge project is equally interesting. Among other things, the research captured changes observed by Te Rarawa kaumātua about water and weather over the last century.
