Thanks mate :-) ... call me an adrenaline junkie, but I was more just excited than anything else. Might have been a different story if there was any damage at our place we built 3 yrs ago, but all good.

Wow!!!! We have had small ones in Adelaide. I remember once waking up and my bed was moving, but very short lived

Apparently it was the largest magnitude earthquake ever recorded in WA! But being offshore, thankfully no real damage compared to the 1968 Meckering earthquake. I can't find reports on how long it lasted and but it felt like maybe 30 seconds to me.
