  7. Cook your own food; the process of cooking will slow down consumption and increase your understanding of food.

  8. Abolish your fears of physical hunger; embrace your physical hunger and you will quickly feel the elevation of your political spirit.

  9. Overcome your addiction to food by organizing groups where people can engage in non-consumptive activities.

  10. Cast away thoughts of food; think of other things like mass action, community involvement, crushing the upper class's social hegemony.

  11. Share your meals with strangers, turn eating into a social experience as opposed to a narcissistic, consumptive, one.

  12. Do not eat because you're hungry for an experience; eat because your body needs calories.

  13. Use the spiritual energy of revolution to shift your attention from food towards political and social causes.

  14. Challenge yourself to lose weight, to liberate your body from the chains of food-addiction.

  15. Endure physical hunger by engaging your mind with radical political activities.

  16. Cast away thoughts of food; think of freedom, the lightness of being, become conscious of your role as a politically active citizen.

  17. Overcome the weakness of your flesh for food by understanding that your mind should be able to reign in all of your primal instincts.

  18. Do not eat because you feel empty; your feelings of emptiness are caused by an alienation from society, engage with your community.

  19. Overcome your physical hunger by stimulating your spiritual and psychological senses.

  20. Food commercials are designed to imprison your spirit inside perpetual reminders of physical hunger.
