At the end of the half in #BUFvsSEA its unnecessary roughness for hitting the kicker. Foul means he can stay in the game.

it's not roughing, it's a dead ball personal foul. The ball is dead, touching it means nothing.

Play to the whistle is coachspeak. Means nothing. Hit a runner out of bounds before the whistle blows and watch yellow fly.

out of bounds is easily recognized. If the whistle blew, tell me why they attempted the kick?

Kickers always attempt the kick, even when the defensive coach calls timeout to freeze them at the last second. C'mon, man.

whistle blew before RS touch ball or kicker. play is dead before he hit the kicker.
