I have been working with all stakeholders: SFPD, DAs office, biz community, etc. It is a lengthy process. First you have to get the info, then you have to build the case with an investigation, then arrests, then prosecution and trial. Good info saves time, and money.

I admire you trying to do all these things but you have to remember that at the end of the day the district attorney's office will not prosecute anyone have you not noticed that yet? You need to look at who's going to back you
