It's true. I'll never forget an interview on FOX during the 2016 campaign when he was asked whether he was committed, and his response was, "I'll do anything to win. Anything". Looking back, it's possible he was already making Russian connections.

@realDonaldTrump's Russian connections go way back. When Trump's casinos went bankrupt in the 1990s banks refused to loan him money. He got help from Deutsche Bank thru Putin. But their bromance may have actually started earlier.
