Defund the Department of Education. Let the States keep their money and redistribute to the parents. Leave the Washington bureaucracy out of it. Period.

Bulk of educational funding is from states. Blue states (& cities) are ones forcing low income minority disadvantaged students to be trapped in failure factories called government schools. This message is for states & cities that the state education departments oversee.
