None of my family live in London, all of them have paid exorbitant car parking fees at hospitals. Because you get a lift when you're having chemo, and you don't cycle when you're giving birth.

When family members had daily radiotherapy, I believe they got free parking. Not for chemo though. I’m currently going to hospital weekly for blood tests for monitoring of immunosuppressants. Absolute fortune in parking/travel.
