Because these women are clearly in danger and are entitled to and need anonymity. That would jeopardise it.

it was a million times worse for them. A country should be looked upon how it treats its most vulnerable and this country is looking bad

Because it would make more obvious the location of where they are. Their partners could try and ambush them at council offices.
