Y’all have brutal breed laws, as if a dog being born into a HUMAN GENETICALLY ENGINEERED form is responsible for its own birth & inborn nature. Those laws are barbaric. Your laws making HUMANS responsible for their dogs is ahead of its time.
I mean the laws are to discourage breeding, & don’t blame the dogs but put liability on owners - they have to take out insurance, prove they’re responsible enough to own one, and muzzle them outside. But those breeds still account for 20% of all dog attacks despite their rarity.
