I found a BIG difference between an ulcer med (back in the day) brand name and non-brand name med. Not sure why. Coating dissolvability? Medium/strata (?) that the meds are encased in dissolvability/interaction? The brand name was noticeably better. You MAY find a difference.
I had that with one former epilepsy drug I didn’t get on with. One brand had normal hard tablets like paracetamol. All the others had rough, gritty consistencies that instantly dissolved when you took water to swallow them so I just threw them up.
Whenever I get Effexor Venlafaxine instead of obscure generics I feel extra special.
Speaking with experience, definitely a world of difference. Less seizures in my case anyway, didn’t last long on the own brand stuff
Know that with some epilepsy meds (like Tegretol/carbamazepine) doctors recommend patients are always given the same one, but didn’t think LEV/Keppra was one. First time I’ve ever had Keppra anyway, despite always just saying “keppra” when listing meds to make nurses lives easier
The evidence on cannabis and epilepsy is complex and not as straightforward as many make it out to be.
There is literally no difference.
