On the mobile number thing, to try and break the cycle, I think all you can really do is this: people either do it without thinking, or understandably point out that it’s likely the family members may feel the police haven’t felt helpful. Unless it is a police post or has a crime ref no I won't share missing posts from social media as they can be from an abuser trying to track down a victim who has managed to get away
