my meds are no longer in todays compartment of my pill box, so I can only assume that i've taken them but I have no memory of it and a horrible feeling i'm going to find them somewhere later.
I wonder if that might be my issue - I haven’t a clue what causes the reaction but I just get wild hives/itching/swelling out of nowhere sometimes so have to take fexofenadine every day, and the hospital theorised it could be dust or cold so who knows but my face was burning.

oh look into chronic urticaria - they don't know loads about it but sometimes its related to autoimmune issues, sometimes to other disorders. and ppl have diff triggers ie cold, sun, heat, sweating, touch. if you get it on your exposed skin when you're out it might be cold?

if it is that, maybe talk to them about trying certrizine instead if that works for you, as i think it's meant to be the most effective antihistamine. I sometimes have to take a dbl dose tho and i'm lucky that it doens't make me drowsy

msdawnfoster@gmail.com Tusk is the best Fleetwood Mac album. Only care about LFC.
I definitely dbl up sometimes too, hate it when you just have no idea if you've taken it and have to decide whether to take again
