I am getting IDed twice as often since masks came in, I hate it. I got served more easily when I was 17.

I did used to carry a passport with me for ID, then got my bag nicked twice in five years, so the British government decided I could only have a one year one for full price. Now I carry no ID since no one accepts the expired one in case I suddenly became 17 again.

A couple of weeks ago in Sainsbury buying wine, the woman serving asked me to lift my mask down to see my face and then decided it was ok - I was part crushed (despite being 39!) but mostly relieved because I too had no ID!
