I dont get it either. Brooklyn is NY and run by Democrats so its not like there are attempts there to reduce voting. Why does it take so long?

Democrats do voter repression as well, albeit here it's because they don't want poorer people voting in their primaries.

The nearest I've ever come to seeing chaos at a polling centre is being the only person in the room to vote, chatting to the tellers who said "we had a little bit of a rush earlier on"
