I have trouble with my balance too, and I'm sure that I aren't dying, so I think you're safe too
Or we could be dying, who knows
My Dad's balance has been trash for over a year. Stroke buggered it up even more, my own balance sometimes just randomly goes, it always has but I can normally correct it after a stumble.
It’s up and dow, but couldn’t stumbled everytime I stood up earlier, and my balance after seizures now is absolutely *awful*, and has caused loads of head injuries and twice getting held in hospital for five days until I could walk unaided.
Don't go there...sure its not the latter. My balance issues are physical. Need to hold onto sticks. Handles etc...Could be worth investigating? It may turn out to be a really simple reason and yes could be a reaction to medicines. I hope so. If possible take precautions>>

Menieres?
could be lots of things, such as slight dehydration, low B12 vitamin level, inner ear disorders (infection, meniere etc), stress, lack of sleep.... it's not always easy to find out though, I have some vertigo (which isn't nice when riding a motorbike...) and still don't know why
