Quick question for the #chronicpain community, I am long used to ginding my teeth to a pulp but all day my tongue really stings with any food/drink. It is white- have I started biting my tongue in my sleep? @DawnHFoster

I have spent years on & off grinding my teeth & am due another mouthguard when my NHS dentist can put it for it bit I never have experienced anything like this with my tongue-only lukewarm tea is bearable. It's not at the sides though, it's right down the middle. Stingy AF!

Could it be a fungal flare up like Thrush? "white or yellow patches of bumps on your inner cheeks, tongue, tonsils, gums, or lips. slight bleeding if the bumps are scraped. soreness or burning in your mouth. a cotton-like sensation in your mouth"
