Any Catholics I know, especially priests, seen any church use the chalice since the pandemic began rather than just distribute hosts?

Priest does, but not to the congregation. Hosts are distributed at the end of Mass, on our way out of church.

Yes! Every cathedral I’ve been to does the same, then was really shocked a church where social distancing was perfectly observed UNTIL THAT which seems the least Covid sensible possible?

Don’t understand cancelling the sign of peace then using the chalice and not even wiping it?!

it must be against the regs, surely: 'under one kind only': https://www.cbcew.org.uk/home/our-work/health-social-care/coronavirus-guidelines/guidance-collective-worship/mass-covid-19-guidance/ …

Yes - everything I’ve read specifies one kind only: and since every cathedral only distributed hosts, the bishops clearly agreed?
