Ok everyone on here who says pilates is life-changing...any recommendations for online videos/courses etc? Or is that not the way to do it? (if you're a total beginner)

I think I would generally just like to have a core, whatever that is, other people seem to have one !

Ah! I use these for my core: https://greatist.com/fitness/10-minute-pilates-workout … Also do heel lifts which I think also help your core, and also use a hard plastic ball to undo knots in my back muscles
