Took a terrible, stupid chance, and got an electronic prescription sent to Boots instead of an independent or remotely competent pharmacy because of late opening hours. What’s the worst that could happen? I thought.

It was literally somebody else's prescription, had their name on it, so luckily I noticed when picking up and didn't get sepsis

I *always* use my local independent pharmacist. They’re fast, friendly, very diligent, very careful, very competent. Only used Boots twice before in 2014 and 2018, both times completely incompetent despite having more staff. Somehow managed to be EVEN WORSE this time.
