Day three, I have been in to see them in person four times, made 11 phone calls, have 0/3 of my medicines and they have contradicted themselves seven times.

Got two of my meds now, and weirdly they’re branded Lurica and Frisium instead of generic tablets. Why waste so much money?

You don't know unless you try. I've used a lovely chemist for almost 20 years. Well... it was until about 3 years ago when they became part of a larger, local company. Time to find a truly independent one I think.

@Prestwichpharm was brilliant in lockdown, delivered prescriptions promptly and free. -
We used to use the Asda pharmacy under the mistaken impression they'd be efficient and it would be more convenient. After one too many incompetencies we switched to the independent along the street. They're brilliant.
