When you say courts are asking them about eviction cases, can you clarify what you mean they are actually asking about please? We're trying to do some messaging to get people to realise they don't need to leave simply cos landlord tells them to or issues s.21.

There were evictions in process through the courts that were suspended because of Covid that can now proceed. This means people could potentially be evicted by the court from day 1 of the ban being lifted.

I know of cases of Almos using the free time to build cases for eviction of vulnerable tenants who may be problematic while their other support services weren't around, to get them out ASAP when the ban is lifted.
