BMI is bollocks. i work out, and it says my BMI is x, now without a water, fat etc test which can be done with special scales etc, BMI is meaningless.

It’s just ridiculous! The day I took this photo I calculated my BMI was overweight, nearly obese. I was training 10 times a week and as fit as I will ever be. As a kid I *obsessed* with my weight and BMI before learning how poor a measure it was.pic.twitter.com/MvC6DG3mGT

For their "weight loss plan" on the NHS, they give you a plan where you have to eat 1400cal a day + exercise 2 and half hour/ week .. This whole website needs to be updated, at least

It's pie in the sky stuff for many. 35 year old me in a precarious economic situation working 2 shit jobs with crazy hours, eating mostly on the move/when I got chance with a fucked sleep pattern was overweight and unfit. 45 year old me with minimal stress is in great shape
