Glad the NHS are trying to keep as many appointments via phone/videocall but curious why, psychologically, they stress me out majorly beforehand in a way normal ones don’t: I feel perma-worried as though I’ve forgotten homework/revision for them all this week.
Whereas I normally have blood tests and scans, and reflex tests, but can’t have any of that so am instead reliant on makeshift workarounds

Oh that must feel rather precarious. I think I'd sort of hoped that people whose conditions require active monitoring were still getting that somehow, but ... that's a nope, then.
