Going to Mass is currently a big gamble because only 37 people are allowed in at a time, and one volunteer has to act as a bouncer counting then turning people away. BYO Holy Water.

our church is going to have an online booking system for Mass when it restarts. Now thinking about which parishioner has volunteered to be the bouncer - I bet it's the Fulham fan.

Bloody wild. Think there are too many of us, so a booking system’s unwieldy. But there are way more Masses throughout the week and no Sunday obligation.

I quite like the decision to suspend the Sunday obligation. People who can go on a weekday have been asked to do so to relieve the pressure on working parents.

I mean, our church normally have ~1200 each Sunday and can now only manage 110, so it’s imperative

wowee. That's huge. Reminds me of when I lived in Edinburgh and used to attend the metropolitan cathedral. Here my small suburban church's capacity will be 25 spaces (1 family can count as 1 space).

Big church, but also big French, Spanish and Portuguese communities nearby
