Ah yes, the common enemy of the Tories. That would suggest that Scottish Labour aren't in coalition with them in various councils around Scotland.

They aren't. However the SNP was in formal coalition with the Tories in two councils until 2016 and relied on an informal coalition with the Tories whilst governing as a minority administration in the Scottish Parliament between 2007 and 2011.

No offence to Paul, but he's failed to explain how Federalism would actually work, if Scotland wants to re-join the EU. Considering about 70% of the population in Scotland support re-joining the EU, it is a pretty major issue.
