Thanks! It’s super easy to make if you want a recipe (and my Whatsapp food group have been tweaking home ramen recipes all week so happy to finally be able to join them in actually eating).
Ok, so stick some prawns, broccoli and whatever veg you want to use on a baking tray with garlic, ginger & oil, stick in the oven for 20 mins, meanwhile boil the noodles in stock (any flavour cube you fancy) with a sachet or teaspoon of miso paste, then mix it all together...
In a serving bowl, And break an egg into the middle, microwaving for two minutes. Then add any garnishes you want: I finely chopped a chilli, added sesame oil, gochujang paste and pepper and salt, but you can play around with it, and use up all sorts from your fridge.
