For what it's worth I could see a universe where I supported Lexit, I get the arguments, so I'm not so quick to dogpile its supporters. That said, when the question was asked in 2016 I supported "Remain" and voted "Remain" because I feared Brexit would go exactly as it is doing.

Argument “I feared Brexit would go exactly as it’s going” is all the more reason to have taken soft Brexit when there was a real chance. There was never a real chance to get a second ref, even less when second ref became more important than winning GE. FBPE/PV a total disaster
