Can I put plasters on burns on my hands/fingers? NHS website is really unclear. Also how are you meant to wash your hands.

I think you're supposed to use a non-adherent lintfree dressing and then tape it, dunno how that would hold up under handwashing though

In first aid training they def said if it's not a new burn then you can use clingfilm

Yep, there was no way it was going to do anything but make it worse. Only glad I got it onto a counter rather than drop it down my legs/onto my feet too.
