I’ve had cyclical vomiting syndrome for years, and if there were more public toilets I’d have to vomit in the street a lot less.

I also hate codes on doors in coffeeshops for this reason, once violently throwing up in a Caffe Nero because I had no time to queue for the code, before having customers give me filthy/disgusted looks as I mopped it up.

If I have a tonic-clonic seizure in the street, everyone knows what it is, and is incredibly kind and understanding. If someone doesn’t get to a toilet in time with Crohns/Ulcerstive Colitis/IBD and other illnesses, public reaction will be markedly different.
