Is it worth writing something about how patient/doctor relationships and communication is affected by the big shift to telephone consultations?

I've had them for years, had to fight really hard to get them, and really value them, as it would be very hard for me to get to the hospital. I just wish I could train my technophobic consultant to use Skype or Zoom.

I get that they're not for everyone but they have been a lifeline for me. They also mean that I don't lose half a working day stuck in a waiting room, and they're faster overall, so leave more time for other patients.
