The argument’s been pushed for the last week or so by right wing commentators: the second the presumed peak was passed, endless focus on the economy and decrying the fact that the public had been scared too much by politicians, and had to grow brave, return to work asap.

Pravda - most of the MSM incl BBC simply recite [ unquestioningly ] no 10 spiel. I am surprised someone from the bbc / Sun / times / hasn’t broken ranks to rigorously take government to task - even from perspective of self preservation- shameful frankly

It is quite unbelievable. The press have been a disgrace with very few exceptions. Johnson priding himself in shaking hands, gets the virus and depending on what you believe he was at deaths door or still running the country and the headlines rarely cover 30,000 deaths.
