Honestly, a Labour report shows a long-term problem with institutional anti-black racism, and when two of the few black MPs - and the first black woman elected - talk about it rather than listen, people confect a drama about the fact some expelled, discredited people snuck in.

No, it's just wrong that expelled members (which the report they cite actually confirmed were antisemitic and brought the party into disrepute) should be involved in Labour meeting still is what I find undefendable Dawn.
-
I'm not 'smearing' anyone. I just think Labour MPs who claim to be against racism should be able to call it out rather than join meetings with those accused of it.

I seem to remember Tony Greenstein describing a black labour representative as an Uncle Tom so hopefully the organisers will bear that in mind when next they meet. Agree that the MPs can’t help who is there but also why people are angry.
-
What annoys me is the report that highlighted the shocking comments about BAME MPs also nailed the fact Greenstein, Walker etc were right to be expelled and should've been earlier. So why would they have joined the meeting in the first place?

It's laughable that she is on any kind of equality committee.

Anyone tweeting in defence of people attending meetings that are addressed by expelled antisemites like Jackie Walker aren't interested in ending antisemitism in Labour. You are helping enable antisemitism.

Great tweet, Chris.
