I think the point of this was to laugh/cry at the disorganisation rather than attack the cleaner. Their follow-up tweets were definitely "lol us librarians are triggered by books being out of order" not "stupid cleaner doesn't understand dewey decimal system".

Lots of people in the 'nerdy' industries like libraries and museums use twitter to share self-depreciating humour about how anxious they get about disorganisation and rule breaking. Yes it's a bit cringey but it's not hurtful.

Yep, she’d deep cleaned *the entire library*, which is a huge undertaking, and is having to travel to work while the librarian stays home bar her weekly check. Lots of people are inconvenienced everywhere now!
