Pal works for Guide Dogs UK & the lack of thought that has gone into govt planning for sight loss, including advice for sighted people on how to social distance & fact that dogs don’t know how to queue is appalling. Plus inaccessible tweets, by govt & BBC using graphics not text.

Hoping my hearing loss is temporary (started with a brutal ear infection that burst my ear drum twice), but still waiting for my audiology appt six months on, and yes - masks will be a nightmare, I struggle with the briefings without live subtitles.
