In England, a further 651 people who tested positive for Covid-19 have died in hospital. They were aged, 20-101 years old. 20 patients (aged between 20-101) had no known underlying conditions.
Do we know which “underlying conditions” they’re counting? Those deemed “high risk” in govt advice, or any underlying condition?

Doctors I’ve spoke to say hypertension, diabetes are v. common with serious cases. But despite my searches I haven’t seen centrally what NHS are calling “underlying”
